I was called and offered a free oil change. I made an appointment for Friday at 7am but was told I could drop off the truck Thursday, which I did. Truck had 31,000 miles on the truck and servic I made an appointment for Friday at 7am but was told I could drop off the truck Thursday, which I did. Truck had 31,000 miles on the truck and service adviser, David, suggested I get the 15,000 miles service. I agreed but told him about the free oil change and he said he would deduct that when the service was completed. I asked for it to be reflected on the quote and he said he did not know how much the oil change would be and that they are all different depending on the oil, how much, etc. He said he would remember to deduct it when I picked up the truck. This was just the start and it got much worse before it got any better. I have never had a worse customer experience than this and I would be happy to explain it all in detail as again, it got much much worse as it went on. More
