I came in with a dead battery. Hunter, knowing we had this before determined the cause of the battery drain. It Took three days and three tries to get correct part and replace it. I spent 3 days @5 hours a day waiting there. Everyday was an eighty mile round trip, 2 hour drive, which they knew. On the final inst and replace it. I spent 3 days @5 hours a day waiting there. Everyday was an eighty mile round trip, 2 hour drive, which they knew. On the final installation, the mechanic broke something else and then did not have time to readdress it. Now I am waiting on that replacement part. Derrick was the only good experience out of this other than some missed communication on his part. More

Brian in service has been fantastic! I have had nothing but problems with tires in the local construction zones. Bought a set of tires here cheaper than the other tire shops.
