Had purchased a 2025 Ram 1500 there along with that had also bought a service contract, once I got home and carefully reviewed the contract, I was paying over $4k for the contract, I decided to go to the also bought a service contract, once I got home and carefully reviewed the contract, I was paying over $4k for the contract, I decided to go to the finance manager to cancel and after 8 weeks that they promised, the check had not made it to my financing bank. On week #9 I personally went again to follow up on it and we the finance manager and I had to submit the cancelation request again. Then after waiting, the following week I got in touch with Tyler Letson GM of (Ram frisco) and right away he got the ball rolling and within a few days the payment had processed. Tyler was very prompt and treated me with respect and took the matter on to his own hands to make sure I got my issue resolved. He kept in touch and even sent me a tracking number to see where the payment was. Thank you Tyler. More
