This dealership put the wrong lien holder on my paperwork at the time of financing. When I called to cancel the service plan, the check was sent to the wrong lien holder. That was two months ago and I have called and emailed numerous times since with almost no response. The GM of Sales will not respond at all. They have said multiple times that a check has been reissued but it never actually has. More
