I told him that this was what he wanted, but without any guarantee. He gave me a value that was 10 dollars below the monthly fee they had shown me, then he asked me if it was acceptable to me, and I said yes. Then he made me sign the contract without showing it to me. I thought it was the amount we had agreed and I trusted him. Instead of giving me the contract on paper, he gave me a USB that contained the contract. I got home, ready to enjoy this new achievement with my family, and on Sunday morning I decided to look at the contract. I found out that the person who works in finance had added almost $4,000 in guarantees, which he had already rejected. I don't speak English perfectly and I told him this, I want to think that there may have been some verbal disagreement.
