I made an appointment for oil change and tire rotation. For a certain time of day when I got there, basically I did not have an appointment to get my car worked on just was put in the normal queue to have For a certain time of day when I got there, basically I did not have an appointment to get my car worked on just was put in the normal queue to have things done. The express oil change took over three hours Which is unacceptable in my opinion when you have an appointment. The dealership personality says they have no control over the appointment set up as a third-party. Does that without knowledge of what’s going on at the dealership and how many cars may be in front of you when you get there at the appointed time. The dealership and appointment schedule people should be on the same Page when they schedule someone so they don’t have to wait an excessive amount of time when they should be seen at the appointment time. I can see a few minutes here or there, but not a three hour wait. The service manager people said that you should come in early. I’m not opening time to get work done. As the scheduling service is just for the service people to set time to talk to you about what might need to be done. But that is not what’s advertised when you schedule an appointment to have something done like I did. All the personnel that I had interactions with were very nice and knowledgeable.
