You should also re evaluate your Car fax accepting a quote and matching that for trades. I presented a Carnac quote with the ciode yet we negotiated your value verses Carmax. In the week of August 04 - 08, 2025 I received an unacceptably poor level of service from this dealership. The staff—particularly Paula—demonstrated a lack of professionalism, responsiveness, and cou unacceptably poor level of service from this dealership. The staff—particularly Paula—demonstrated a lack of professionalism, responsiveness, and courtesy, making what should have been a simple scheduled appointment for my 2017 Ford Raptor (radiator fluid leak inspection) a drawn-out and frustrating ordeal. Instead of timely updates, I spent over a week repeatedly calling and even visiting in person, only to receive little to no information. I was denied the opportunity to speak with the Service Manager (Kyle Klein) or the General Manager (Duane Pratt), and it was apparent that no one even knew who my assigned Service Advisor was. I even went as far as emailing the General manager, Service Manager and even the Customer service relation manager (Toya Smith) to NO REPLY. Paula at the Service Department cashier station seemed more interested in arguing over how the appointment was scheduled than addressing the actual issue. This service department takes no accountability for its lack of attentiveness, disregard for customers’ time, and overall poor handling of the process. Good luck getting clear answers—or reaching any level of management—here. Add toINSULT, payed over $1000 for a water pump / Thermostat replacement. I recommend not to waste your TIME and MONEY here. Next I will be going to Tuttle Click in Irvine (worth the toll and time) More
