Friendly not pushy Stopped by after work, close to 6:00pm. We looked at a used Toyota and Larry was very friendly, not pushy and acted like he had all day to wait on us even though they were closing in an hour. We wanted the Toyota truck and met Patrick as he worked to get us the monthly payment we needed and the pay off on our current vehicle. It was getting late and Patrick had not completed the financing and said for us to go ahead and drive the Toyota home and he would complete the deal the next day! I have never met a nicer and more helpful group of people. I would highly recommend Shenandoah Motors to anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle. More

Very friendly, very intrested in helping me find the truck i wanted. THey held to their word and delivered what i wanted in a timely manner. After buying our first car from Shenandoah Buick GMC, there was no doubt we would be going back when it came time to replace my wife's car. All it took was a phone call to Kendra Hupman, and she was r there was no doubt we would be going back when it came time to replace my wife's car. All it took was a phone call to Kendra Hupman, and she was right back to us with a list of vehicles that fit our needs, and most importantly our budget. It's refreshing to still be able to walk into a dealership and not face any drama or high-pressure. Everyone there treats you with respect, and truly values you as a customer. I also like knowing that everything they have on their lot is going to be a quality, reliable vehicle. Even when our first car developed a slight issue after the sale, it was taken care of promptly. Kendra, Larry Brinkman (who stepped in for her when she was snowed in), and General Manager Patrick Bryant made the buying process easy, and without any of the nonsense you find at so many other dealers. Great to work with, and good cars at good prices -- This is why we'll drive over an hour to Front Royal from Frederick, MD to deal with the folks at Shenandoah Buick GMC. More

We had gone to Marlow motors and a couple of other dealers and then this dealership. This was the only dealer that did not have a pushy attitude or after explaining our budget became not so eager to a dealers and then this dealership. This was the only dealer that did not have a pushy attitude or after explaining our budget became not so eager to assist us or a "what will it take to get your business" type attitude. We felt relaxed and comfortable with our whole experience at this dealer. We feel like we got a great deal and they were very patient with my husband, who is somewhat indecisive. Just want to say thanks to All at the dealership for making this a painless experience. We can and will recommend this dealer to all our friends and co-workers. More

We drove 2 1/2 hrs from West Virginia to look at a used F150. The truck was in the condition they told me it would be, they gave me a reasonable trade in offer, and an hr later we were on the rd with our F150. The entire staff at Shenandoah Buick was very accommodating and each performed in an exemplary manner. David Lowey was very customer oriented and did an excellent job in explaining the different accommodating and each performed in an exemplary manner. David Lowey was very customer oriented and did an excellent job in explaining the different features of a 2014 Buick Lacrosse which helped us decide exactly what we wanted. David worked with the General Manager Amos Martin to located the Buick Lacrosse that we wanted. Amos Martin was very cordial and gave us a price for the car that my wife and I felt was very fair. The car was delivered to Shenandoah Buick and the Sales Manager Mark Jenkins kept us informed on the progress of delivery. He was also very cordial. When the car was delivered, the Business Manager, Danny Tuggle, worked with us and explained all the details. He was very customer oriented. David Lowey made sure we knew how to operate the car going over all the details of the car, setting up Onstar, Xm, etc... He also introduced us to all of the departments and made sure that if we ever had any concerns to contact him. My wife and I also decided to get the Xzilon treatment. When we took the car to have the treatment done, Sarah Roop of Service Administration did an excellent job. She gave us a loaner car and called us when the car was ready. Very good customer service on her part. David Lowey has gone the extra mile in customer service by calling us since we bought the car to ensure that everything is going well and to check to see if we had any questions. My wife and I are thankful that we dealt with Shenandoah Buick. The entire staff has gone the extra mile to ensure our satisfaction. They make you feel that you are important and part of the Shenandoah Buick family. Job well done. More

First I spoke with the sales manager(Mark) on the phone and he was very friendly and helpul. He took all my info over the phone so when I got to the dealership all was left to do was a test drive and see i and he was very friendly and helpul. My father-in-law recommended Shenandoah Motors of Front Royal, VA to my wife and me. The sales person (Ray) we worked with was a kind and considerate gentleman. For many years I've disliked most dealersh Royal, VA to my wife and me. The sales person (Ray) we worked with was a kind and considerate gentleman. For many years I've disliked most dealerships because I felt like a tuna fish in a tank of great white sharks. My experience at this dealership was much different than past experiences. Ray was a joy to talk with and he made my wife and I feel very welcomed and much more importantly comfortable. Mark (manager) was also very helpful and professional. I would recommend Shenandoah Motors to all of my friends and family without reservation. I'm very impressed with how they're service department will consistently service the vehicle I've purchased as well. I did not know that there were car dealerships that existed like this one.
