I went to FR Ford last week to install a new set of tires. It was 3 and 1/2 hours before I was told by the Service Dept. the tires which were supposed to be delivered that day would not be delivered un tires. It was 3 and 1/2 hours before I was told by the Service Dept. the tires which were supposed to be delivered that day would not be delivered until the following day. Thus between the time wasted at the dealership and my travel time, I shot most of my day. This lack of respect for my time is not acceptable. Front Royal Ford needs to realize their customers have other things to do rather than sit around in your waiting room. For this inconvenience, I was offered nothing, not even a car wash, and only the most grudging of apologies. All in all, very disappointing and not what I have experienced at other Ford dealers. More
