System lets you book an online service but then when you get there they say it doesn’t work. Had my vehicle for a day for a recall which can be seen by typing in the VIN. Claimed they had no knowledge of what I was speaking of and had to redo my oil because they used a blend after I requested full synthetic. Staff was condescending and had an attitude stating she wasn’t notified to use full Synthetic. Brought my vehicle to a Malloy in Winchester and they typed in the VIN and my recall for my rear control panel came right up. Avoid at all costs. Drive the extra few miles to Winchester. More
