Went in and told it may be an hour wait before my car was even seen. (Early Saturday morning) Turns out the car was finished within 1.5 hours. Customer service at its worst. Dropped our car off at the specified appointment time. Our service advisor seemed annoyed and was condescending from the start. Zero communication unless I called. Each time I called the service advisor was rude and just said "nothing yet" or "I said we would call you" (which they did not). No explanation, no conversation about what was happening, no understanding that we were without a vehicle for those two days. We had been here before and had great service (from another service advisor) but will not go back now due to this poor experience. Had a different advisor when we picked it up and he was great. More
