I walked into frontier Rey skeptical. I had just had a bad carvana experience. Rey was my salesperson. I explained what I had just been through, how nervous I was because I was rebuilding and how much I hated car shopping at dealerships. Rey was easy, he seemed honest, he told me when he don't know and answer to a question and then found the answer, he wasn't pushy but somehow got me to buy something way more expensive than I intended. Lol I think because he was listening to me say what I didn't like about certain models and then steered me in the direction of one I did. I was super honest about not wanting to spend 4 hours doing a deal, that I was nervous about the credit process because I'm rebuilding and I didn't want my credit ran a bunch of times and different banks. He relayed all my concerns to the finance manager, I think his name was Eric, at this point entering financing I felt like I was going to pass out so sorry if I miss his name. He ran my credit twice, was upfront about it, came back with a good offer from a decent bank and had me out the door quickly. Rey made this experience even better by doing the "Christmas commercial" bow on my car. I'm 45 and this is the first time I've gotten the bow treatment. It was sweet. Then he went sat with me to finish the app and car set up and showed me extra features. I'm happy to start a relationship with Frontier ford because of these two gentlemen, especially Rey. I look forward to returning for maintenance and my next vehicle. More
Staff was very welcoming and listened to all my criterias to buy my new car. They took the time to answer all of my questions.
