Ryan Victor was super awesome to work with. I bought my car from Montana before moving to Santa Cruz. When the car had a minor issue, Ryan took it back immediately, found me a loaner, and got t I bought my car from Montana before moving to Santa Cruz. When the car had a minor issue, Ryan took it back immediately, found me a loaner, and got the problem fixed as soon as possible. The car has been running awesome since then and was a great deal! UPDATE: I purchased a car on June 6th. Which then had major mechanical problems within a half hour. Ryan Victor was super awesome in helping me out to get a loaner and get that fixed and back in my possession on the 8th. However, the car did the same thing on June 15th, at which point Ryan began working on a fix for me and trying to get me into a vehicle where I would basic not lose the $2500 I already had down. I believe it ended up being a trade in situation. But I don't really know because sometime Tuesday or Wednesday, Ryan was taken off of my issue, and now I haven't heard anything in two days, despite trying to reach out to Eric several times. Needless to say, I am very disappointed. At this point, I just want the service record on what was "fixed" so that I can take the car to a competent mechanic. Sadly for Ryan, because he's an awesome salesman and was really taking care of me, we will not be doing any business with Frontier in the future. More

I received a text that my car was ready. yesterday. I went in and paid and picked it up but as soon as I drove away I realized the repair had not been completed.
