Our car had pretty serious rodent damage and was at the service center for some time. Not on any fault of Frontier Ford. It was l the process with the insurance. Our service advisor Michael was in constant service center for some time. Not on any fault of Frontier Ford. It was l the process with the insurance. Our service advisor Michael was in constant contact and did everything he could to help us mitigate the long list of issues. He was also on top of following up with our insurance adjuster and keep us in the loop. In th end, he’ll also helped us apply any coupon that we had in our possession to make the damage / bill more digestible. He really is a great customer service advisor and cares about doing his job.
