Hi Drew! Where were you when this situation was gong on? I even wrote to the owner and I received no response, and your person named Hovic was unnecessarily rude. I don't know his position at your dealership, but certainly it is not customer service. It was apparent he had no respect for women. I will leave it at that. I will pass my experience along to everyone I know, and being in business, I know quite a few people. I gave your business good remarks in the past, but this time around, I noticed a change in clientele and a very different way of doing business. I can and will make a difference with your sales in the future. I have everything recorded and documented, so I can prove exactly everything to anyone with question. I don't want to be hounded any further by you or your people there.. The horse has already left the barn.it is way too late. And by the way, checking with some agencies, I found that I am not the only me who has experienced this yoyo financing with you.. Shame on you!
