Fullerton has been serving all my Fords over the years, which I own four presently. It is true that dealerships charge more but I look at it as money well spent. No one knows your vehicle more than Ford and parts are quality engineered for the vehicle. I don’t invest in a $55,000 truck and have it serviced by a local tire or muffler shop. That is just plain crazy. I’m putting this out there because Ford is an excellent company. They try hard, they care, they build outstanding vehicles. More

Although it took longer than I had anticipated, the waiting area is comfortable and refreshments are available. I blew out a tire and had purchased the insurance for tire care, Nicole contacted the insurance company and took care of all the details, there was no out of pocket. Great experience. More

A Concise, No Pressure Experience I went to Fullerton Ford to look over a specific used Ford F-150 and was paired with Jordan to assist me with my questions. After test driving the tru I went to Fullerton Ford to look over a specific used Ford F-150 and was paired with Jordan to assist me with my questions. After test driving the truck we went over some numbers and some of my concerns and I left the dealership, after putting down money for a hold, with the assurance from Jordan that he would call me back once the service department looked over the vehicle (it was new to the dealership so it had not gone through its arrival inspection yet). Jordan followed through with a call a couple of days later in which he forwarded the information from the service department and further addressed some of my hesitations. After coming to terms over the phone I met with Jordan later that day and we hashed out the paper work and I ended up with a new to me truck. Throughout the experience Jordan was congenial and attentive. While I hope to have this vehicle for a while; Jordan and Fullerton Ford would be my first stop when purchasing my next. More
