Purchased a Pre-Owned 13 Fusion Good overall, the dealership was really busy. My sales associate was constantly working with other clients while working with me and that lead to very Good overall, the dealership was really busy. My sales associate was constantly working with other clients while working with me and that lead to very long wait times. Bottom line is that even with this, he was able to find the car i was looking for. I took a test drive of the 2.0 L Fusion and it was slow and very dull. He knew that I wanted something that i would enjoy. He then came back with a Fusion that had not even gone through the shop. It was dirty and just traded in. I love it at first site. It is white (which i was hesitant about), but it has 18' black rims that look beautiful. The car is superbly designed, i just hope that it last mechanically. When I finally took delivery at around 10PM, James took his time and explained everything about the car and SYNC. I would recommend him in the future. More

I wanted to look at all sorts of packages in different vehicles and Jordan showed us all we wanted to see and more. I really liked that Jordan let me try out the different components of the different vehicles when I would ask, "What does this do?" Other salesmen in the past would just tell me what it was. Jordan let me see what it all did. Jordan helped me find the perfect vehicle that I wanted and I bought it the same day. The other salesmen in finance department were extremely helpful as well (I wish I remembered their names as well.) It was a great experience and will recommend this dealership to others that are looking to purchase new vehicles. More

We were not accosted when we walked in the door, We were steered to James who listened to our needs, gave advice without being pushy, was personable, very patient with us as as looked at different and tried out different vehicles, helped us with our trade in, was very knowledgeable about the vehicles (good and bad) and made the experience relatively stress free. I also love the fact that the sales people have immediate access to the keys in the lock boxes on each car. More

Great experience Sales rep James Sheeley was great. After calling several dealers and asking if I could talk to someone about getting lease info details, explaining th Sales rep James Sheeley was great. After calling several dealers and asking if I could talk to someone about getting lease info details, explaining that my husband would be the actual signer, they said no way, my husband would have to be there and refused to meet with me to even discuss lease payments. I called Fullerton and explained my situation and got an appointment with a sales manager, who in turn asked Mr. Sheeley to help me. After 4 hours of his time, I left with a contract drawn up contingent upon my husband's approval, but after he reviewed the info, he didn't want me to buy that particular car (a Focus 1.0L 3 cylinder). When I called Mr. Sheeley the next morning to inform him, he found me a 2.0L 4 cylinder, I went to look at it and he drew up a new contract with the exact same payment, my husband later came by to sign the contract and I drove my new Focus home! More
