Great experience Sales rep James Sheeley was great. After calling several dealers and asking if I could talk to someone about getting lease info details, explaining th Sales rep James Sheeley was great. After calling several dealers and asking if I could talk to someone about getting lease info details, explaining that my husband would be the actual signer, they said no way, my husband would have to be there and refused to meet with me to even discuss lease payments. I called Fullerton and explained my situation and got an appointment with a sales manager, who in turn asked Mr. Sheeley to help me. After 4 hours of his time, I left with a contract drawn up contingent upon my husband's approval, but after he reviewed the info, he didn't want me to buy that particular car (a Focus 1.0L 3 cylinder). When I called Mr. Sheeley the next morning to inform him, he found me a 2.0L 4 cylinder, I went to look at it and he drew up a new contract with the exact same payment, my husband later came by to sign the contract and I drove my new Focus home! More

Don't hesitate to stop by! After hitting up two other Ford Dealers and being ignored, I stopped in Fullerton. Jordan sat with me and listened to what I wanted. He actually listened and knew I would need to do a custom order and told me he could show me all the things I wanted but on different trucks on the lot. And he did just that, on a blazing hot day, showing me multiple vehicles, so I could see the options and experience them with a smile, patience and no pressure. He even volunteered to let me drive three different trucks so I could experience all of the engines and make an educated decision, and I did! No pressure at all to buy. When I decided I was going to place an order before leaving, the negotiations were fair, honest and quick, again without any pressure. More

I popped into to their showroom on a random Saturday just cause I was passing by with no intention of getting a car, I just wanted to see what my options were. That same day I drove away with a brand new car in the model that I wanted. in the colour that I wanted, within the budget I wanted!! It was amazing, I couldn't believe how quickly they helped me get me what I wanted. They were so flexible, and had a solution for any problem I encountered! They were determined to make the experience special for me and they lived up to it, much more in fact. I never heard them say "No, we can't do that", it was always "yes, lets see what we can do" and then they'd make it happen. I will always buy my car from Fullerton if I stay in America. Best experience purchasing a car ever! My husband and I put off buying a car for months because as many of you know it can be very unpleasant and time consuming. After visiting a different My husband and I put off buying a car for months because as many of you know it can be very unpleasant and time consuming. After visiting a different dealership first we saw the same vehicle for sale at Fullerton for less so we went there. As soon as we walked in Nick was there to help us. Within an hour we had a new (certified pre-owned) minivan. Never once did we feel pressured or cheated by the staff there. They gave us the best price and service and in a short amount of time! Due to a credit card limit issue and our bank being closed we had to go back to finish the purchase but the good news was we got an even better rate the next day thanks to Rob. We will definitely make Fullerton our next stop and probably only when we need to buy another car. Thank you Fullerton staff and Dough Boy says hi. More
