Great communication I found the car on CarGurus.com and sent a message to the dealership. Over the next couple days, I spoke and texted with Brad. He was quick at responding and getting back with me on the few questions I had. Since I was traveling from out of town and with the COVID-19 stuff going on, we were able to work out the deal before I traveled to the dealership. Great experience and an awesome car. Thanks, guys! Overall services from Fulton Ford Fulton Ford Service Dept was friendly and courteous especially worked with Service Advisor Ray Wallace. I could not rank 5 stars yet as I'm waiting to Fulton Ford Service Dept was friendly and courteous especially worked with Service Advisor Ray Wallace. I could not rank 5 stars yet as I'm waiting to see how well they did fixed my car in long run. The Sales Dept isn't doing great as Service Dept. They don't treat regular customer great even though I had purchased several used vehicles from them in past. Recently I had tried negotiate on other used vehicle but it get to nowhere. At the end I had to walked away with disgusted feeling for how they treat toward their regular customer. More

The Service Advisor, Ray Wallace was wonderful Fulton Ford took care of my engine repairs. They loaned me a 2020 F-150 truck and a 2020 Ford Escape.
