oil change I was not as pleased with the service that I received this time. I have ford pass reward poiints and I thought that you could use these points toward I was not as pleased with the service that I received this time. I have ford pass reward poiints and I thought that you could use these points towards a discount on an oil change. Ray Wallace said that you could only use them toward a new vehicle. Also I didn't get any reward points from this oil change. I have always received some points every time that your garage has done anything on this vehicle. When we bought our new tires, oil change, and when our truck broke down in Jefferson City and had to be repaired at the ford garage there. I also had to pay for a new oil drain plug that your employee messed up. More

Service department was outstanding. We were driving from Canada to Florida when service light on vehicle came on. We called Fulton Ford, spoke to Ray and he told us to drop in and they would look at it. Too Canada to Florida when service light on vehicle came on.
