2019 F-250 Lariat Diesel After many years of doing business with a large truck/car dealer in Columbia Mo.,(I won’t say the name but it starts with M and ends with ACHENS). I f After many years of doing business with a large truck/car dealer in Columbia Mo.,(I won’t say the name but it starts with M and ends with ACHENS). I finally got tired of the BS excuses for paint issues and protection plan when at the time it was a new F-150 Lariat. So I went to Fulton Ford in Fulton Mo and the difference was night and day. Fulton Ford is by far better than the other dealer in Columbia. I won’t go into all the details but know that I’ve found a new truck home, not just me but my family as well. If only it was Lincoln certified, maybe soon? Anyway my wife’s truck would go there too! By far they are customer care friendly and good at what they do! A shout out to the service department as well for the additional accessories they put on! More

Horrible experience!! Took a vehicle in for a state inspection. Takes a hour hour and half tops. Even dropped it off the night before and told advisor needed to be done by 3 so my son could get to work. Was told no problem we have a open schedule tomorrow we will get to it first thing. After not hearing anything by 1 PM the next day I called, still had not been looked at but was next on the lift! Stressed again the time it needed to be done. No problem advisor said. Called again at 3 after no word. Had to get hateful because the truck was still on the lift and told them to get it off sue to my son being dropped off and needed to get to work. Will never be back. They lie then truck.didnt pass inspection due to reasons that aren't even on a state inspection! More

When we came back to pick it up, they had not addressed the engine light. I know I did not say anything about it but I would have thought they would've noticed it and checked it out before releasing it back to me. More

Wonderful! I had my sisters car serviced and as usual they did a great job. A tire had a nail in it and they gave me some quotes for tires.
