This was my first car I bought from a dealer and boy was I impressed. Adam was very patient with me in my purchase of a more high end vehicle. I was super nervous and he made sure to get me several cups of water through the process. He knew I wanted a Lincoln and would call me right away when it was on lot just to let me know it was there. Never once was he pushy. Very factual and helpful like a true friend. He also was great in helping me trade in my old car. During test drive he had me drive on highway and in Brick district. Nothing compared to that Lincoln ever in my life. It’s one thing to walk the lot and look at the car. Another level of love began with the drive. We had looked at other vehicles before but finally landed on one I loved. He just would call and check on me to say what he had available in regards to Lincolns. Such a friendly and kind person that never judged my finical situation either. They got me a loan when I thought secretly the Lincoln was a pipe dream. They also did preliminary check at beginning of process in a way that did not hurt my credit. Then when time came to get loan officially it still was not that bad. Adam is a matter of a fact kinda of guy and does not fluff any bs. He is a straight shooter type of man and I appreciate that. Thanks Adam and thanks Fulton Ford!!
