There was only one call when they figured out the problem but nothing after it was fixed, I had to call to see if I could pick it up. I also didn’t notice but the hood was left popped open when I picked it up so I had to make a quick stop on the side of the rood to close the hood. One other thing is other places have always put my vehicle through a quick wash but not here it was minimal work as possible. More

Intermittent problem We have had an intermittent problem with the sliding door of our van. Every one has worked hard attempting to isolate the cause. Every one involved had leaned over backwards to solve the problem and we have been treated with dignity and concern. While the actual cause has still to be discovered everyone involved has supported us with willing to work on the problem. We were told to not worry about making an appointment, but to come to the shop as soon as the problem rears its head. We couldn't ask for better support. More

Horrible customer service! There have been countless unreturned phone calls to this service center. Service advisors are nonchalant & dismissive. It's ridiculous! The last time There have been countless unreturned phone calls to this service center. Service advisors are nonchalant & dismissive. It's ridiculous! The last time I asked about why calls are not returned, which was 2/2/18, I was told "we get over 100 calls per day and can only get to 10% of them." I am appalled. I am disappointed. I am extremely frustrated!! How are customers supposed to receive information? It should not be necessary to schedule an entire appointment to have questions answered. They MUST do better. More
