Service was great, sales suck The service department did a great job gettin my car fixed. Unfortunately i had the privilege of meeting a sales person. That salesman was a xxxxx and The service department did a great job gettin my car fixed. Unfortunately i had the privilege of meeting a sales person. That salesman was a xxxxx and treated me like a lower class citizen. Kept interrupting me, being extremely rude, and has no customer service skills. He felt that it was ok to talk to me (let alone being a woman) like that and that was not appropriate. My advice, don’t hire men who think it’s ok to have xxxxty customer service. So don’t hire ghetto to work there. Also, you guys need classier music than bone xxxxx and harmony. Not a great environment to walk into a store playing crap and treated like xxxx. I will never go there again or recommend your location. Lesson learned! I can’t remember who the guys name is but Nora came over and was able to help me relax. She will know who that xxxxx is. Also, the general manager that helped us...super nice guy. Just unfortunate that the salesmen i met with works there. Also, you guys need more than 2 service employees at once. Took 4 times to reach someone. Other than that Greg did a great job getting my car done quick. More

Love the car Randy 4 got me driving. Went there with my daughter-in-law to finalize paperwork for her car and ended up getting my own! I was forced to buy the last car I purchased and Ra Went there with my daughter-in-law to finalize paperwork for her car and ended up getting my own! I was forced to buy the last car I purchased and Randy turned it all around. I left that dealership in the car that I’ve always wanted things to Randy. Randy and Alex took care of everything I had to do was sit back and wait to drive my car off the lot. I will be back to momentum charge to buy my next car things to Randy and Alex. You guys rock! More

My over the top awesome experience!!!!!! I needed a new work vehicle. From the time I arrived I felt a genuine sense that the salespeople and floor crew legitimately had my needs in mind,an I needed a new work vehicle. From the time I arrived I felt a genuine sense that the salespeople and floor crew legitimately had my needs in mind,and weren’t just trying to push a sale. This crew pampered me but did it with such efficiency and ease I was out of there in 2 hours with a new work van and had undeniably complete and utter satisfaction that I was given the fairest deal possible considering my less than perfect credit. Have no fear,come here and give em a try. You’ve got nothin ta lose and everything to gain. I want to send a shout out to the crew starting wth JT........this guy is the bomb and can’t say enough great things about him,Roxey in finance,Chris who made the loan happen,Spencer who helped out with an affordable extended warranty ,and most of all CHARLES. Charles was the man who I dealt with directly and made everything go smooth and easy as taking candy from a baby. The vehicle I was getting was over in Vallejo and he personally drove over there and brought it back to me in no time.Great guy and mucho respect to him. THANKYOU MOMENTUM DODGE!!!!!!!!! More
