The one feedback I would give is that I just bought the car less than 2 months and my back breaks are at 50%. I do lyft and have done 7500 miles in less than 2 months. I am not hard on my breaks and they shouldnt be this low. The car is a 2014 dodge ford fusion. I am about safety and I am sure Ford is too. Since I am a full time lyft driver on the road all day and all week long I wish they service dept would of just changed the brakes. They already make a nose that is annoying. I am not sure when these breaks are going to fully go out but why take the risk. I plan to go back to the dealership and talk with the manager. But I feel that your customer service should of just changed them. It is an estimate and what if they are less than 50%? More

Servie was quick, thoroughly and well explained I stopped in without a reservation for an oil change and the 20,000 maintenance check. The explained what they would do, and in an hour and half the c I stopped in without a reservation for an oil change and the 20,000 maintenance check. The explained what they would do, and in an hour and half the car was ready and they explained all the items that they checked and what I should look out for on the 30,000 check up. I drove away with the confidence that the car was in excellent running condition. They were very friendly as well. I'll be back for sure. More

I did have a problem with getting ahold of one of the representatives. One of the the things that I was not too happy about was I took my car in to get the gas nozzle checked because when I would fill up the tank and it would click off and I pulled out the nozzle gas would gush out of the gas tank and get all over the ground. They said they checked it out and couldn't find anything wrong with it. The only thing is I am still having the same problem with it. The prices on the key fobs were too high. Also, when they worked on my car, they tilted my steering wheel up too high so I couldn't see the gas register. When we came in to get new key fobs and have them programmed, I think the prices were too high. More
