Sound Issues When I was dropping off my truck I needed the shuttle and the cashier and the shuttle driver stood there while discussing my truck issue with the serv When I was dropping off my truck I needed the shuttle and the cashier and the shuttle driver stood there while discussing my truck issue with the service writer shooting dirty looks at me and then when I go to get in the car keep in mind I'm 54 years old I am disabled and had had hand surgery 2 months ago that is a 3 + month recovery and I go to get into the car which they were already in and the driver was in the car as well and I had to go up to the driver window and ask how do I get in and the older gentleman behind him got out to let me in an I had to climb over the seat, which wasn't good for me and then I asked him if he was coming over to a certain area which is where I live and he goes we'll get to that after I drop off the first customer and I'm like okay he was a very rude young man. Thankfully the men said take her first because her stop is closer than mine. Bless the male passenger's. I spoke to Mr. Fisher regarding the issue and he sent Bob he was great. Mr. Fisher was great too. More

Gear shift problem I had a problem with the car not seeming to be aware that the car was in park. Future Ford checked this out and installed a new gear shift lever. Buying & Service Bought new truck and had large added expense added without my authorization. Went back for first service and left with cross threaded drain plug and lack of confidence in anything else they did. Went to Jiffy Lube to get leak fixed. Still looking for a trustworthy Ford dealer but doubt the product or truck dependability. Spent months trying to resolve with corporate office. I probably should have bought a Toyota. I still get requests to rate dealer so I recommend you go somewhere else More
