They do not care about satisfying their customers! We recently completed a long bankruptcy. On first contact I explained everything to the sales person. It is 45 miles one way to their place from my home. We went in last Sunday to look over the model we were interested in. In the end they told us we would need other court documents before we could finance. As I stated at the beginning of this review I had made it perfectly clear what the situation was and they still had us come down even though we were still waiting on one document from the court. We decided to still return there when we had the documents even though we had just wasted three hours of our time. Surprisingly the salesperson called us yesterday to tell us they were able to find us good financing even though we were waiting on paperwork. We spent most of the day there yesterday and left with the new car we were looking for. Once we arrived home I was reading the owners manual only to discover the vehicle could not be used for the specific reason we purchased it for. This is after two salepeople and a finance person all told us it would work. When I contacted them about this issue they told me that their main concern is to make us happy and to return to the dealership today so we could rectify the situation. Once we arrived they told us that they could not find us financing and that they were going to cancel the sale and return our trade to us. To top it all off they said they only had one of the keys claiming that we only gave them one. So here we are without the car we were looking for and down to one key that incidentally costs $140 to replace because it is an integrated fob and key. They did really care about this whole thing. If you go there then shame on you. More

What a joke! My mom has taken her 2013 Ford Fiesta into the service department twice now for the same problem. The ABS and TCS lights on the dash keep coming on and the headlights flicker on and off from time to time. First time we took it in for this problem they kept the car for 9 days and said that they ran all kinds of diagnostics and didn't find the problem and charged her almost $200.00. The car went in again this past Tuesday for the same problem, and the electronic key stopped working. The car was there all day and the key and the other problems still not fixed. Their service is a joke. More
