Ford Motor Co would not Honor Warranty. Dealer fixed. My 2012 for Escape started having problems with our portable GPS's. In the mean time we went over warranty by 130 miles and Future Ford would not honor the warranty. This is a fail for Ford Co. and Future Ford, Roseville. I have had bought 6 Ford cars. Never again. -------- Update. The service manager called. And the fixed the problem at their expense. However Ford Motor CO. gets a fail. They would not honor the warranty. More

Its pretty simple, there is a reason I go back to buy vehicles here over and over. In all, I have purchased well over a dozen cars and trucks from this dealership and its only because they are HONEST an vehicles here over and over. I have bought vehicles through Kevin since the early 90's and this guy never changes. He is as genuine as they come and ALWAYS takes care of my needs whenever I am looking to buy a new vehicle. Never fails with this place and while I have worked with various sales folks there, Monte and Justin are a great team. Justin is there day or night and always keeps me in the loop during the process. He provides real suggestions that suit my purchase needs. Monte knows how t make deals work. his vast knowledge on vehicles and structuring the financing is second to none. I could go on and on but don't waste your time going to any other dealership if your looking for a Ford or Lincoln. Whats amazing is that I initially took my truck to Downtown Ford and they completely failed me and didn't fix the problem simply stating that FORD would not approve it. I decided to go back where I bought the truck, told them what the other dealership said and immediately Brigitte and the team jumped in and vowed to make sure it was taken care of and that they would guarantee I would leave satisfied. I bought a brand new Lincoln MK Z Hybrid here and so far I regret the experience. The sales guys draft up paper work with intentionally unrealistic terms, then a few days later they call you in for the rea I regret the experience. (You'd be better off getting a loan through a lender of your choice anyhow... but not everyone thinks to do that, or in my case I went car shopping after my CU was closed.) During my test drive the sales guy was texting away with his wife, which is exactly what makes the customer feel valued. I was seriously low-balled for my trade in, which I told them was unacceptable so they ended up giving me 25% more than they originally offered. After I purchased my car a few days later the sale guy called and left me a voicemail telling me that he had "good news" for me. Then I proceeded to try to get a hold of him for the next three days. To this day (a month later) I have NO idea what the "good news" was supposed to be. When you take the car in for service it takes much longer than it ought to (and longer than they tell you it should), and in my case when you get the car back it s in filthier condition than when you brought it in! Which is fantastic. Then you get a survey in your E-Mail that has a tiny box limiting your comments to less than 500 characters. Who can sum up something like that in 500 characters? The sales folks talk about "The Lincoln Experience". I guess "The Lincoln Experience" is sales people who don't care about customers, getting your car back filthy, and not returning phone calls. Sure makes me feel special! More

I bought a 2012 Mustang as a CPO vehicle from a dealership in Las Vegas 2 months ago.. Gaudin Ford - that place was GREAT. Since I've had the car, I've noticed a 'clunking' noise in the front susp dealership in Las Vegas 2 months ago.. Gaudin Ford - that place was GREAT. Since I've had the car, I've noticed a 'clunking' noise in the front suspension when I go over speedbumps, and that it feels like something is shifting in the suspension when I go over small bumps mid-turn... also, the power seat stopped working. So I brought it in to the local Ford dealership a couple weeks ago (Future Ford - Roseville, CA) to have it looked at. They confirmed that the power seat wasn't working and they needed to order the part for it.. they were unable to replicate the suspension noise. So, I brought it back this past Friday to have the power seat issue fixed, and to try again with the suspension noise issue. I took a tech for a ride, showed him the noise, let him drive it and experience it firsthand too.. he agreed that it didn't seem right. So, I told the service writer (Jim Z) that I would be hanging out in the lobby, and knew that it might take a little while if they were going to be fixing the seat and the suspension issue.. well, 5 hours later... I went to go check.. he told me that the seat was done, and the techs were trying to reach the Ford Hotline to find out what to do about the suspension noise. So - basically, the seat issue probably took an hour or an hour and a half.. but the car was sitting around while they were trying to get someone from their helpdesk on the phone to give them advice on how to fix the problem. And, they never came to the lobby to give me an update. So - he gave me my keys, let me take the car, and told me that they'd try to figure out what was going on after talking to the Ford Hotline. That was Friday. Today is Wednesday. I had still not heard back from the dealership. I called, asked for Jim.. he told me that the noise was 'normal'... and that going over the speedbump would cause some normal jouncing noise in the suspension. (REALLY??) ... the car is a 2012 model with 14k miles on it.. it should not be making these kinds of noises! I told him I disagreed, and was disappointed that Ford wasn't taking this seriously.. and if they weren't going to deal with it, maybe I'd have to take it to a front end/suspension specialist to have it looked at... as I was saying this, he said "well, Ford isn't going to do anything for you", and he HUNG UP ON ME. Unbelievable. Stay the xxxx away from this crappy dealership.. at least the Service department... I've been really happy with this car, and excited to have it.. but these jackwagons are really putting a bad taste in my mouth. More
