Nick in service was extremely accommodating and helped me get into a rental car while my car was being serviced. Great customer service by Don Smith. Had a little glich in picking up my F-150. While walking around in the gift shop, I got a text message from your system that my truck was ready for pickup. and to s in picking up my F-150. While walking around in the gift shop, I got a text message from your system that my truck was ready for pickup. and to sign the RO at the cashiers office. Did that but she didn't have any paper. Showed her the text message. She called Don. e came over and explained my truck in the final stages under going an inspection. I waited in the lounge Don came in a few minutes and had me head to his work location. I showed him 2 text messages. #1 was the truck is ready, see cashier. The 2nd one I had just gotten said my truck was being worked on. More
