She worked her pants off to help us find the right car within our budget and was able to get a great deal on our trade-in. The whole experience at Future Ford was welcoming. Jeff the sales manager even came to introduce himself and reassure us during the process of our trade-in. The final process signing paperwork was also very comforting as Blake walked us through each document we were signing so we knew exactly what we were purchasing with insurance and warranty. We will definitely be coming back to Future Ford and referring all of our friends and family! More

Nick at the Service department was extremely helpful. I’ve been using this dealer for service of my 2012 Focus (mostly) since new. I’ve rarely had a problem with their work. I had to walk around to find someone to help me when i dropped my car off. No questions or offer for a ride like other dealerships (i.e.Chevy, Subaru). I took time out of my day to have a recall service. dropped my car off. No questions or offer for a ride like other dealerships (i.e.Chevy, Subaru). I took time out of my day to have a recall service. The least you could have done was wash my car. Terrible experience compared to other dealers for our other cars Hyundai, Subaru, and Chevy. I really walked away from the experience like nobody really gave a s^^#. More
