Nick at the Service department was extremely helpful. I’ve been using this dealer for service of my 2012 Focus (mostly) since new. I’ve rarely had a problem with their work. Future Ford is the most dishonest place you can buy a car. The sales people there are very shady and the finance people are even more rude persistent and want you to buy xxxx that you don't even want. Do car. I had to walk around to find someone to help me when i dropped my car off. No questions or offer for a ride like other dealerships (i.e.Chevy, Subaru). I took time out of my day to have a recall service. dropped my car off. No questions or offer for a ride like other dealerships (i.e.Chevy, Subaru). I took time out of my day to have a recall service. The least you could have done was wash my car. Terrible experience compared to other dealers for our other cars Hyundai, Subaru, and Chevy. I really walked away from the experience like nobody really gave a s^^#. More
