Professional, quick and great service We bought our Altima at Furure Nissan of Folsom and the process was great. There was no haggling and I got the exact model and color that I wanted. Our sales rep was very helpful and spent time going over all of the car's functions. We bring our in Altima for regular servicing and the staff from the receptionist to the service personnel are consistently customer friendly. We never have a problem getting a service appointment and our appointments are always quick. We will definitely buy our next car at Future Nissan of Folsom. More

I've been taking my Maxima in for service to this dealer for about 9 years now and have never had a less-than-positive experience with any of the service writers or mechanics I've dealt with over that period. I've had two of what may be described as "unusual" service events during my ownership of this car that were abnormal but these, like the more routine work, were handled professionally, and more importantly, correctly, the first time. I've never had to bring the car back due to faulty work. My service advisor the last time was Kurt Schnell, who was totally responsive to all my questions and concerns and saw to it that the work was done quickly. More

Excellent Service I took my car to Nissan Folsom lake to fix the gas door cap. There was also one recall for the Versa. Micheal Bench called me later and said your car I took my car to Nissan Folsom lake to fix the gas door cap. There was also one recall for the Versa. Micheal Bench called me later and said your car was making knocking noise during the test run and after diagnosis they found out that there is some metal pieces in the engine oil and some part of the engine needs to replaced. I am greatly appreciated to Micheal Bench, he could have ignored the knocking noise and just had fix the recall. Him and his team fixed the care engine and it was under warrenty because of after fixing the recall. When I got my car back I noticed that AC is not working. Micheal immediatly worked on the AC problem with his team and did not charge anything. I really appreciate him, his team and his managment for being very honest throught out the service time. Nissan dealer service center is rip-off. They billed me $3000 for simple spark plug replacement. My common sense prevailed and i took my car to different auto service center. I seriously recommend everyone $3000 for simple spark plug replacement. My common sense prevailed and i took my car to different auto service center.
