Addison was great and he felt the same way about the technicians reason for the vibration at the front-end of my truck. The tech said the vibration was due to faulty lugnuts? Faulty lugnuts! xxx? I'm looking at Addison he's shaking his head I'm like well so what this is warranty work . Fix my truck. They wanted me to buy a set of lugnuts for 200 bucks then put them on myself and bring the truck back so they can take another look. I have no time I gotta work I got a job to do I got my kids to drive to school ! Meanwhile the vibration is getting worse everyday, they still haven't fixed the issue the haven't even reached out. Why can't you guys just fix my truck which is the second one I've bought. Faulty lugnuts! It's warranty work FIX MY TRUCK ! More
Addison gave me great customer service and communicated well. The only thing I would change for the service center is not playing radio and TV at the same time. No complaints about their staff, who werecompletely professional and courteous. But my issue was not resolved. I am unable to charge my car at the brand new charging stations at my worksite with th professional and courteous. But my issue was not resolved. I am unable to charge my car at the brand new charging stations at my worksite with the State of California. Everyone else can use the chargers and the Facilities people told me they haven't received a report from anyone else about not being able to charge their cars there. I went to Future Nissan of Folsom to have them look at the issue. They did a lot of diagnostics and tried using their chargers, said everything checked out just fine and it charged on theirs. So they washed their hands of the issue and won't offer anymore help on it. So now I need to schedule and take my car in to another service center, maybe Nissan in the Roseville Auto Mall, to see if their techs could do better. I want to be able to charge my car at my worksite like everyone else, even it requires techs to go a little out of their way and dig deeper for how to fix the issue! More
