Staff- especially service advisor Kristan was so friendly and helpful, and worked with our budget- to prioritize what's urgent, and allow us to spread the work over a few paychecks and visits. Up-front about the costs in advance, honest and hard-working, and they want to help us maintain our older Jeep for the long-term (not at all just trying to "sell us something" without caring). We also got to use a coupon from their service specials website, which really helped (Not like the smaller, independent shops I've been to before).
