I just purchased a new Toyota Sienna from Galaxy Toyota. I found the people to be friendly and knowledgeable, which made the buying experience very pleasant. Not one aspect of my service went well. The work took longer than scheduled. I was billed for labor on a recall. My loaner car reservation was lost. Galaxy Toyota Sold me a Car and two days before I went to pick it up they SOLD IT FROM UNDER ME TO SOMEONE ELSE. I made a deal for a car on Monday, test drove it, signed a contract and left a deposit of mor pick it up they SOLD IT FROM UNDER ME TO SOMEONE ELSE. I made a deal for a car on Monday, test drove it, signed a contract and left a deposit of more than half the value of the car and made arrangements to pick it up 4 days later on Friday. In the mean time I listed my current car for sale and sold it, but on Thursday evening I got a phone call from Galaxy Toyota telling me they sold my car to someone else. Can you imagine what a position they left me in? I do not even have a car to get to work in! They are Dishonest and Unprofessional Greedy Slimeballs? More

Dealer was very helpful and friendly not pushy or rude like many other places visited during the search for the new car. I went to maybe 10 different dealers during the course of the day including anothe like many other places visited during the search for the new car. I went to maybe 10 different dealers during the course of the day including another Toyota dealer in Freehold, the first guy that was helping us just walked away from us the 2nd one was nice but the 3rd was rude, so we left there after finding the car that I wanted and went back to the dealer in Eatontown who was much better to work with.
