Not one aspect of my service went well. The work took longer than scheduled. I was billed for labor on a recall. My loaner car reservation was lost. The vehicle was in returned to me in worse condition t longer than scheduled. I was billed for labor on a recall. My loaner car reservation was lost. The vehicle was in returned to me in worse condition than I gave it to them, covered with undercoating over spray on all sides but one. More
