While Barbara and the rest of the staff were very helpful, the person dealing with the finance needs to learn how to listen to the customer and honor their requests. We lost a lot of time dealing with banks for the financing part while we had previously requested rates from her in order to independently search for a better deal and choose the best for us. Talking faster than normal does not mean you are right or know better. I would absolutely do business again with Gale Toyota because of Barbara’s patience and the kindness of the manager. More

Been a huge fan of Gale Toyota for over 40 years now. I have purchased 7 vehicles at Gale Toyota. All the sales and service people are fantastic! I always feel like family...even between buying cars. I've been to other toyota dealers, but Gale Toyota always shines above all the others and I just keep going back. It's those special touches they do to make me feel comfortable and at "home." She worked with me throughout the process and at no point did I feel pushed or pressured.
