During the process I dealt with a team of very professional sales staff. Mr. Jeremy Parroco Sales Professional, Mr. John Hertling New Car Sales Manager, and Mr.Rico Manley New Car Sales Manager. My date of pickup of my new vehicle was 6/25/2016. When I entered the dealership it was extremely busy but the three gentlemen stated above treated my family like we were their only customers. Few key notes: the car listed on their web site was exactly what I found when I got to dealership, and all prices and fees discussed in phone conversation were to the penny. Never any "bait and switch done by staff". Now in regards to Mr Jeremy Parroco my sales person . Very knowledgeable about Dodge performance cars,took the time to educate me on all features of my new Dodge R/T plus so that I would be safe on my long trip home, and made sure everything was to my satisfaction before I left dealership. Jeremy also gave me his personal cell phone number so if I had any problems driving home or going forward I could reach him immediately. Being a career Fire Fighter I am use to team spirit and watching each other's back and this is what I found at this dealership from the minute I walked in to when I left completely satisfied with my new car. We were in a huge mess that within a year we tried 4 other dealers and everyone wanted at least $5,000 down and monthly payments of $650 or more. So this was our last attempt. Our sales girl managed to get us a 2016 new Cherokee with only $1000 down and $40 less than on our original monthly payment on trade in. Plus they bought our trade-in at a top dollar!
