Excellent Sales and Experiance see Tony Double I was at Galeana Dodge Jeep with a friend and saw the 2015 Jeep Willy's edition and fell in love with it. My salesman Tony Double got the key and showed it to me. I filled out my paperwork and with-in a short time was officially a new Jeep owner. This is my first and will not be my last. Talk to Al Auletta for good service My wife and I worked with a great sales man. We ended up buying two vehicles from him. The dealership personal were friendly and helped us out. Sales person was friendly and helpful . We did come into the dealership late after 3:00pm on a Sunday, so we all felt a bit of a time issue. This made the situation stressful for both part . We did come into the dealership late after 3:00pm on a Sunday, so we all felt a bit of a time issue. This made the situation stressful for both parties (salesmen, buyer, & finance). I wonder if I could have made a better deal maybe with price or with the interest rate. However, this maybe my short coming. I did get a beautiful truck. I've gotten two thumbs up in the past week. It has a lot of features I have to learn. I understand Ford offers a short course at the dealership to help you learn some of the features of the vehicle. I received a video and a website to access, but some one on one time would be preferable. My experience at the Audi service department has been much more efficient (I also own an Audi). Audi treats you like a king or queen. They open the door for you when you arrive, you go into the building & set at the service associates desk. You discuss the problem & you are given a price & receipt, they provide you with a loner vehicle, I have had them pick up my car at home. Just some info to maybe improve your service area. It seems very disorganized. I stood there waiting for someone to talk to me a good 15 minutes, I felt unimportant. When actually someone was in the back coming to help me but no communication was forwarded to me and I didn't realize that someone was working on it. More
