Instead of addressing the issues, the service department charged us nearly $500 just for diagnostics—not a single repair or solution was provided. To make matters worse, their only advice was that we should consider buying a new car. We tried to explore trade-in options but could never get a straight answer about what our vehicle was worth. It felt like we were being deliberately strung along. After days of frustration, I decided I no longer trusted them and asked to take my car back. They refused to return the keys because the "right person" wasn’t available—an unbelievable excuse for a basic request. When I returned the next day, I was presented with a bill for over $500, despite no actual work being done. We were treated dismissively, given no real answers, and left feeling scammed. I will never return to Galeana, and I strongly recommend you stay far away from this dealership. Their service is dishonest, disorganized, and disrespectful. I have been trying to get my gap insurance refund since January 2025 that was issued to the dealer by chase bank. I have talked to the finance manager several times, the sales manager and even the general January 2025 that was issued to the dealer by chase bank. Each person I spoke with said they would get it resolved and get the refund check to me. They also say they will call back. No one ever calls back. Last week I spoke to the general manager and he got mad because I am frustrated with his dealership and asking for what is owed to me. He also assured me he would resolve the issue and overnight a refund check. Well I am still waiting on my check. The refund was sent to the dealer and instead of sending me the refund, it appears they are just keeping my money. Worst dealer experience in over 60 new car purchases. Will never buy here again and will never recommend this dealership. More
