I keep telling people that this was the most straight-forward, hassle-free car buying transaction in the history of the world. I live in Charlotte, NC and I wasn't getting any great quotes here (and I desperately needed a car; I was hit the week before and my Optima was beyond totaled). I called some dealerships in Atlanta, GA and someone gave me a much better quote there than in Charlotte. We were planning to drive to Atlanta (a 4 hour drive) to purchase the car when I decided to call some dealerships in SC. When I called Galeana, JJ answered. I told him the quote I got from Atlanta, asked if he could beat it, he put me on hold to talk to his sales manager, and came back with a great quote- much better than any quote we had gotten anywhere else. We drove to Columbia the next day. Immediately when we arrived, JJ had a few different colors of the car I wanted parked out front, I picked out a color, I test drove the car, we signed some paperwork, wrote a check, got a great interest rate for the financed portion of our purchase, and drove off the lot with my new car in about 1.5 hours from the time we arrived. No one pressured me to purchase anything I didn't want or need and no one tried to go back on the price I was quoted. It was fantastic! I've also had a bit of trouble getting my tags and registration- which is absolutely not the dealership's fault, but the fault of the DMV in Charlotte. When everything was sent to the DVM in Charlotte, where I was supposed to pick everything up, they (for some reason) forwarded everything to Raleigh. Raleigh called me and told me to pick up everything in Huntersville (a city about an hour from where I live). I'm still unsure why this happened, but we got a hold of the gentleman in Galeana's financing department, explained what was going on, and he called Raleigh to straighten everything out on my behalf. He's been a huge help. Would most definitely recommend this dealership to anyone! More

I was up front with him about having a bad experience at another Chrysler dealership in and beyond my expectations in getting me in the car I wanted. I was up front with him about having a bad experience at another Chrysler dealership in the area and was a little disgruntled and Stan assured me that he would do his best to get me in a car at the price I needed to be and he would not be "pushy" !! He did such a great job that I recommended him to a good friend of mine and she also purchased a vehicle the day after I bought mine. Everyone at the dealership were very friendly, but Stan should give a class to local sales people on how to treat a customer !!! More

I used the internet to contact Galena about a car I saw online and Mr. Nunn was who responded. He met us in the parking lot, somehow knowing who we were though never having met us before, and was most hel online and Mr. Nunn was who responded. I had been looking to buy a 3rd car for my family and it was to be my 16 year old son's first car. I was not in a big hurry to buy a car and could easily have waited several more months looking for just the right car for my son. Galeana was not the first dealership I had been to during my search. In my experience, not many salespeople have the patience nor desire to deal with people wanting to buy cheaper, older used cars when the salesperson could be trying to sell a new car to someone else looking to spend more money. Mr. Nunn, gave us his full attention unlike many other salespeople I had dealt with prior to coming to Galeana. He stood in the sweltering heat with my family while we poured over several used cars until we ultimately chose the 2004 Toyota Corolla. He was worked diligently to find us a car we liked. He was very polite, helpful and especially knowledgeable. These are qualities I think all salespeople should have but have found it to be a rarity. I was impressed with Mr. Nunn and have recommended him to a few people since our purchase. I will be looking to buy a brand new vehicle for myself sometime next year and the first place I will look to will be Galena and Mr. Nunn. More
