My experience with Galeana Kia was top notch from beginning to end during the process of purchasing our new Kia Soul. Jose was the first person to greet me when I arrived at the dealership when I arr beginning to end during the process of purchasing our new Kia Soul. He kindly asked if he could help me in any way.He was extremely helpful and courteous during the entire process. After choosing the vehicle, he brought it around to the front for me to look over. He was very patient and thorough in explaining all the features of the Soul Lx to me, and answered any question that I had. He never pressured me in any way, just assured me he would help me in any way he could to get me the best deal possible. Jose made the paperwork as effortless as possible, and went out of his way to help me when I experienced a minor issue with my State Farm agent with a slight policy change. While I was on the phone with them trying to get the issue solved, Jose was very diligent in checking on his computer to ensure they had sent the corrected info needed. After spending over 2 hours with me on Friday afternoon, I informed Jose I had to leave town for a couple of hours to pick up my daughter at work, who is actually the driver of the vehicle. My daughter and I made it back to the dealership around six, and Jose kindly showed my daughter all the features of the car,offered a test drive, gave her a tour of the dealership , then signed the necessary paperwork she needed to. He was at the dealership with us until 7:45 on a Friday night to accommodate our schedule. Jose had a very professional demeanor all the while still having a pleasant smile and a caring, patient manner. He should definitely be a keeper for Galean Kia! xxxxxxalso for Vince...I had initially spoken with him a couple of times over the phone earlier last week while I was still in Illinois. I had given him a time frame but had not made an appointment. I called Friday shortly after lunch asking for Vince, but the receptionist didn't realize he was with another customer. Jose did welcome me to the dealership and asked if he could help me, and I told him I was looking for Vince. Jose immediately offered to take me in to meet Vince. Vince came over and apologized telling me he was with another customer at that time. He said Jose would take care of me, which worked out extremely well. Vince did come over a couple of times later to check if everything was going ok, and I appreciate that.
