Service dept is terrible, have had problems twice under warranty. First was a tire problem they refused to acknowledge. Instead they did unnecessary front end alignments ($$$ warranty revenue). Second, as a snowbird I paid for an oil change when leaving for the summer, a month after returning I checked the oil and it was black, it was never changed! When I purchased the vehicle I went to a dealer in Naples because Galeana, pre covid, was impossible to deal with and undervalued my trade. Possibly I am being punished for that? I won't step foot in this rip off dealer again. More
