Will never buy again or recommend to anyone As for the sales reps everyone was welcoming, but as for the KIA name in general the vehicles suck! I don't blame my sales rep that he works for a sorry company. My husband bought a 2016 KIA Sedona not even a year old yet and it seems like I've gone to get it serviced every month. First off the vehicle was full of little ants from being under a tree at the dealer and nothing was done about it then about a week after we purchased it we got some heavy rain and the water was leaking into the back tailgate, I took it in for service twice before they could figure out what was wrong with it. So now my van smells humid :-( on top of that they put a scratch on the tailgate and wanted me to take it back a third time to buff it out and eliminate the odor inside, I was already there for over 3 hours and I understand they are busy but my issue should of been a priority especially with me living 2 1/2 hours away so nothing was ever done about that. I think they should make exceptions for some customers and make arrangements for us to come in on weekends with it being their mistakes. Well to continue after about a month my husband noticed that the navigation screen was pushed in from one side and popping out from the other side so I took it in for service and they said some screws were loose. Then one day my kids wanted to watch a movie on the DVD player and when they tried lifting the screen it was jammed again I took it in for service and they said some screws were loose that didn't allow it to open back up. I recently just took it in again because the traction light was coming on and the brakes would make a cracking sound and jam up, I was told the hubs needed to be replaced so they ordered parts and I have to go in once more to get them put on. I'm sorry but their service sucks and I will never buy a KIA again or recommend it to anyone. More

Poor service When I bought my car it did have 53,000 miles on it so I purchased a platinum extended warranty. When I took my car in to get serviced before the 100,000 mile warranty was up I was told by the mechanic there that my spark plugs had never been changed and should have been at 40-45 K miles. Not sure exactly what I purchased the platinum warranty for thought maybe changing the spark plugs would have been included with that. After I picked my car up from being serviced it drove worse then before I took if in to be serviced. The service department did tell me to bring it back in at which point they said they could not find anything wrong. The following week my check ingine light came on so I took it back in to the service dept and they now said it was the turbo actuator that is not covered by the warranty. So I did call to speak with the service manager to voice my frustration and that I did feel a bit taken advantage of. He immediately started to talk down to me. At that point I did say I did not expect a resolution but I would be writing a review he then said to make sure and include his name "greg Glenn". And then he hung up the phone on me. And so that is my experience with galeana kia. I did end up taking my car somewhere else and they said there was a service bulletin on the turbo which just simply needed to be adjusted which only ended costing me $100 at the other auto shop. More

Sorento needed valve replacement which took 2 weeks to complete due to the inefficient, unprofessional and unknowledgeable staff: Melissa, Mike, Greg. They also told me I needed a new timing belt. Never said it was just a recommendation. The overall experience was frustrating. The very next morning after picking up the car, the AC compressor was broken. Unsure how a dealership can release a car in unsatisfactory condition. Felt the dealership is very untrustworthy. Spoke to GM, Mr. McMclain about situation and felt he did not address all my concerns. More

Service experience We are snow birds from Delaware. For the past 6 years while we are in Florida for the winter we have had our 2006 Kia Rio serviced at Galeana. Their Service Advisor, Vince Comerota, is always friendly, efficient, and professional. The service is performed promptly and correctly at a reasonable price. The customer waiting area is comfortable and clean. If I chose to browse at new cars while I'm waiting I can do so without being hounded by sales people. The cashiers are also always friendly and professional. Galeana is just a nice place to be and a nice place to do business with confidence. George E. from Delaware More
I am taking the time to write this review because of the exceptional service given to me by the dealership and most of all the Vince Comerata the Service Writer. I bought the vehicle because of the check en exceptional service given to me by the dealership and most of all the Vince Comerata the Service Writer. I bought the vehicle because of the check engine light going on and a problem with the transmission acting erratically. Upon arriving I explained the situation to Vince and stated I needed a "loaner' vehicle. He told me there was an agreement with Enterprise wherein there would be a $20.00 charge for the vehicle daily. I have a large medical assist service dog and Vince made sure they brought a SUV to accommodate my dog. I also requested a needed oil change. This was all done without an appointment. Vince was very empathetic to my situation and stated he would do everything he could to complete the project as soon as possible. To my surprise I received a call from Vince stating they had the part that was needed to correct all my issues and the vehicle was ready. I must say the service and professionalism that was given is second to none. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. Another good note was Enterprise only charged me half the rate because I had the vehicle for a few hours. A good experience all the way around! More
I had an appointment scheduled for a recall on a part at 11:00 and I had a change in my schedule and Aaron took me in 3 hrs early. I was out in 30 min and everyone was so friendly. I ended up at the dealer at 445 and they took me in and had the car repaired iin 45 minutes. Awesome! Service at Galeana has always been a great experience. Vince greets me by name and is attentive to the needs of my vehicle.
