I purchased a vehicle at this dealership and up until now have been very pleased with the sales/service departments. I have not had a reason to call them for the past 6 months until today. THEIR PHONE SYST have been very pleased with the sales/service departments. I have not had a reason to call them for the past 6 months until today. THEIR PHONE SYSTEM IS THE WORSE. I was the #1 person in line for the service dept to answer and after 15 minutes I hung up. Tried again, same thing. Called the operator, they put me back into the que. Tried the sales dept as well, same thing. Don't try to call and speak with someone. I even had the salespersons extension, response is they don't have this number!!!! More
Service dept is terrible, have had problems twice under warranty. First was a tire problem they refused to acknowledge. Instead they did unnecessary front end alignments ($$$ warranty revenue). Second, as a snowbird I paid for an oil change when leaving for the summer, a month after returning I checked the oil and it was black, it was never changed! When I purchased the vehicle I went to a dealer in Naples because Galeana, pre covid, was impossible to deal with and undervalued my trade. Possibly I am being punished for that? I won't step foot in this rip off dealer again. More

Very disappointing; have questions regarding the navigation display; the radio functionality; and the warning signals. These have never worked property, and we have simply given up. While I use to love my 2021 Telluride with the fortnight package, I have no use for the dealership. We were told today by an employee at the dealership that it was easier to use Apple Car Play rather than Telluride Navigation system.....just plain stinken service. More
Definitely avoid Galeana Kia, all they are interested in is selling you a car at a high profit. Their service department deserves 0 stars. My car came with a misaligned tailgate, when the service manager took it to the body shop manager/foreman who stated "it is a mass produced car and not a Bentley and I am not going to touch it", I contacted Kia America and took it to another dealer who uses an independent body shop. I updated Galeana service manager Tim about this and his response was "if they do a good job let me know I can send all my cars there". Really great response. He also said the dealership received another car like mine and I asked him are they going to fix it, answer no. I have sent a letter to the CEO of Kia America as well as a letter to the CEO of Kia South Korea about their dealer representatives. If you are looking to buy a Kia, buy a used car or have your Kia serviced don't waste your time or energy going to Galeana Kia as they only care about taking your money instead go to a reputable dealer of which Galeana Kia is definitely not. You are forced to buy the simonize treatment plus other addons. Worse is their customer service, body shop and service depts. Took it to another Kia dealer and they are taking care of it with an independent body shop they use. Told that to Galeana service manager who said they got another in for sale same problem as mine but not fixing it, told him about other dealer his sarcastic reply "if they do a good job let me know, will send all our cars there". Sent my salesperson all the info about my problem said he was forwarding to general manager, well the general manager never contacted me. Avoid not only buying cars from Galeana, avoid like the plaque using their service or body shop. Basically avoid this dealership totally. I have contacted Kia corporate in South Korea as Kia America is covering up for these losers. More
Service Having car trouble is always an inconvenience. However, today my troubles were eased by the excellent service performed by Shane Owens and his team. Having car trouble is always an inconvenience. However, today my troubles were eased by the excellent service performed by Shane Owens and his team. They worked my car into their schedule and worked several hours to fix the problem and then performed some upgrades that they noticed needed to be done. All of the work was still under warranty! The shuttle trip home and the return pickup by Shaun and Tim were greatly appreciated and enhanced by their friendly conversation. Great job guys! More
Incompetent service This is regarding their service center... My experience... I brought my Kia Sedona van in for regular maintenance trying to go buy the book to keep it This is regarding their service center... My experience... I brought my Kia Sedona van in for regular maintenance trying to go buy the book to keep it in Tip-Top shape mind you it was running Tip Top no problems whatsoever when I brought it in... however one of the regular maintenance things they said I needed to do was a transmission flush which I approved I said fine I didn't look up the fact that it really doesn't need it and you really don't need it but I thought that I should go buy the book at the time meanwhile when I pick up the car it is not running correctly it was sluggish it was slower it hesitated a little I didn't know it was from the transmission flush or they did put new plugs in also I took it back they said I didn't know what I was talking about it was just a tires which I knew I needed some new tires but I also told him no the car is not running the same they refused to listen to me and did nothing... So I put up with it running hesitating and being sluggish until then the transmission starts slipping I took it to another mechanic not a dealer and you know what? Transmission was 3 quarts low I watch them do it with my own eyes it is not leaking anywhere whatsoever by the way but after they serviced it they did not fill it up correctly and it could have cost me my transmission if it hasn't already I have no idea right now after they refilled it 2 or 3 quarts it seems to be fine like it used to be but I don't trust them they acted like I didn't know what I was talking about when they're the ones that don't know what they're doing how do you service a transmission and not fill it back up correctly take from this what you will but you've been warned More
