This has gone from being a great purchase to a nightmare. I came in from out of state in order to purchase a 2024 Honda CRV EX. The car itself has been great, runs fine, and only defect of not having side doors automatically open when you put your hand on drivers side door. However, the deal behind the car has been nothing but deceitful as I have come to learn over this past week. The MSRP on the car was $26,194, and now granted I knew there were gonna be a few more things tacked on too but I also knew I had a few other options down the street (albeit those CRVs being a year or two older than this one) in the event I didn’t like the number I was given. When I sat down at the table, they wanted around $30K, not terrible but not really favorable in my opinion either. I gave the guy my “walkout the door”(ALL fees and taxes and what not included) at $28.5K. He wasn’t crazy about it and then pulled up the second page (that I had already seen previously) of how much everything would be - MINUS TAXES ASIDE AND ONLY TAXES ASIDE - which came out to be $27,632 USD in full price. He went back to his people and after 15-20 mins of chatting, he came back and agreed to my $28.5K as the complete out the door number right then and there!!!! I had already gotten an insurance policy for this car, put down a $1K deposit to hold it, planned out an entire 3 day trip up the east coast and just wanted to start getting back at this point as I had an 8 hr ride to Charleston. The $28,500 was the final price for everything (or so I thought) and I had gotten a fairly good deal. Fast forward to last week, as im filling out the title and registration application for Massachusetts, my rep tells me NO TAXES WERE PAID according to my purchaser docs. The $28,500 only included an electronic filing fee and “pre-delivery” charges. But nothing else. The salesman absolutely lied to my face and screwed me out the door. I should have been better in looking over what I got and not being so trustworthy of these people, and shame on me for that. But then it also make me think, if everything for the car without taxes was $27,632 and I paid $28,500, what did I pay an extra $868.00 for?!? Talk about deceit with a smile of screw Best part though, they still haven’t titled the car over to me after nearly being two weeks since I purchased it (05/09). I have called twice trying to speak to rep (Matt) and Business Manager (Chem) and have gotten only a call back from a different manager who had NOTHING to do with the sale of the vehicle. Buyer Beware. Would NOT do business with again and am considering all options to remedy this situation. But don’t sign their agreements. Get a lawyer or paralegal to look it over and compare the fine print to what they originally try to tell/sell you on. More

After negotiating, the sales manager personally wrote down: “$42,000 cash will do now” and had us initial/sign beneath it. We reasonably understood this to be a finalized agreement and were then instructed to begin the next steps of the purchase process. Based on that written agreement: * We added the new vehicle’s VIN to our insurance policy * We began preparing a $42,000 ACH transfer * We were told final paperwork was being prepared Only after all of that did the manager return and say they would no longer honor the written price and that the deal had suddenly changed back to their original higher offer. At that point, we were literally minutes away from transferring the money based on the handwritten and initialed agreement they presented to us. Whether intentional or not, this felt extremely misleading and unprofessional. Having customers proceed with insurance changes and payment preparation before abruptly changing the agreed price is unacceptable business practice. Putting unnecessary stress on a young family — especially with a full-term pregnant woman present — over a last-minute $1,000 reversal says a lot about how this dealership chooses to operate. This is my second round with a Kia car: 2026 Sportage. Jimmy, my sales rep was absolutely amazing and Gary was able to fulfill all my needs. Everyone was fantastic, cooperative and kind. I usually stress about dealership visits, but Howard (sales), Heiko (management), and Teo (finance) turned it into a breeze—quick, easy, and genuinely pressure-free. They explained every step clearly and had me driving off happy in no time. I will definitely return and refer friends....one thing I noticed when I sat down at Howard's desk is that customers have sent him Christmas cards...that's how you know you have somebody special. I feel like both sides came away from the deal satisfied, which is all anybody could really ask for. This has been the best experience I've had in 30 years of buying cars. More

I take my 24 Sportage to this dealer because of their work quality and professionalism of their entire staff. I got hit with the whole “sorry, we could not duplicate it” as the correction. As being one that’s in the business- I understand how customers get upset when it’s “not doing it” when you take it in. I certainly understand this is not the dealers policy, but it is simply every manufacturers policy that the condition must be present and evident before it will be covered under warranty. But I still want to applaud the guys at the dealership as they did as I asked in the turnaround time was fantastic. A+ More

Had a recall notice, made appt for the next week and dropped car. Cristian was service rep. Check in quick and they arranged courtesy car service since several hours were involved to update hybrid sof dropped car. Cristian was service rep. Very efficient and exactly as scheduled. What customer want to receive from dealer and I was fully satisfied. Since involved recall there was no charge. Everyone I interacted with was courteous and efficient. More
