2014 Ram 1500 4x4 Outdoorsman I reached out to Galeana's Van Dyke Dodge via their website's contact form. The same day I received a call from Jim Hamlin. I knew I wanted a 2014 Ram I reached out to Galeana's Van Dyke Dodge via their website's contact form. The same day I received a call from Jim Hamlin. I knew I wanted a 2014 Ram 1500 with a lot of features, but I wasn't familiar with all the available models Ram offers. I'm a network consultant and was driving a 2012 Mustang GT with a trunk and rear seat full of networking equipment. In my industry having the right tool with you at all times ensures I get business handled quickly for my customers. Jim Hamlin walked me through the available packages and explained the options. The truck I ended up wanting included: heated seats, heated wheel, power folding heated mirrors, navigation, smart phone integration for remote control, power moon roof, power rear window, 4 wheel drive and most importantly RamBox cargo management. I assembled my list of options and emailed them to Jim. The same day Jim had located several vehicles matching my requirements. I arrived at the dealership a half an hour before closing and everyone at the dealership stayed late just for me to take home my new truck. Denise Rouse assisted Jim with the paperwork and was very helpful to me. I knew before arriving what my payments and total price for the new truck would be and Mark Gibson in finance had everything neatly laid out for me to sign with no high pressure sales tactics used. Jim Hamlin was very professional during the entire experience and even assisted me transferring all of my heavy tools from my car to my new Ram 1500 after hours. I have purchased in the past from other dealerships and can assure you this one has the most informed, hard working and honest staff.
