Amazing! Just got my first car and had the awesome pleasure of leasing it at Galeana's. We called that day and was able to attain my new Dodge Dart GT that evening. The seller, Nick, was super helpful and very friendly! He handled everything for us perfectly and got us a great deal! Didn't care once he had my cash. Came in to look a preowned car and was greeted by a 1960's cigarette ad model aka "the girl" who would only take $200 off a car that was on the lot 4 Came in to look a preowned car and was greeted by a 1960's cigarette ad model aka "the girl" who would only take $200 off a car that was on the lot 40 days!?!? Yea right... so ended up going new, for $2k more it's a easy choice. In comes Jeff hes nice & friendly as anyone in sales should be. He gives us a quick overview of the car, emphasis on quick and misinforms us of the cars options an tells us it has a $1k upgraded stereo that it didn't, unfortunately I didn't find out till after the sale he had misinformed us. So instead of making a big deal we asked him if he could hook us up with the $400 back up cam instead of a $1000 radio (that should've been a no brainer). Anyway he says he'll have to see if its in stock, after waiting a week I called him only for him to tell me again he had to make sure it was in stock. After another 3 days I call him and he informs me yes it is in stock but he can't take care of it for us! :D Really!?!? Nice customer service, didn't get any of the above and beyond like some of the other reviews mentioned. Just forgotten and brushed off because he already made the sale!!! Definitely taking my business and any future business elsewhere and forget about a recommendation! More

But most importantly, as I was seeking lease information from various dealerships online, Mary provided me detailed lease information by e-mail that I had requested.
