The whole experience was unexceptable. I took our vehicle in because it wasn’t running and the dealership had a list of things they wanted me to pay for. They wanted nearly $1000 to replac I took our vehicle in because it wasn’t running and the dealership had a list of things they wanted me to pay for. They wanted nearly $1000 to replace and install a battery. And after getting the vehicle home we discovered that they broke the plastic on the side of the driver seat.
