We love Josh! Josh and the whole staff were great! The finance lady was so nice. Best I've dealt with I submitted an info request online and received a call from Danielle. I told her I wasn't ready and my reasons for that. She reached back out a few times with some options I was intrigued by. Her non overbearing persistence finally got me in the door.once there I met Josh. I explained to him my needs and current truck situation. I was pretty firm on what I needed from a truck and I wasn't going to settle. Josh and Jeremy went to work! A while later Josh came back with some numbers and truck that would fit my needs perfect! They got me out from under my old truck and out the door for well under list price of the new truck. I couldn't be happier. Then I had the pleasure of meeting Sandra. Very friendly and a great personality. She made the signing process enjoyable and even worked with me on the extended warranty. Miracle Ford is my go to from her on out. More
