Regarding the Dealership as a whole, I have completed all service work on or before schedule, since buying my Ford truck from previously "Miracle Ford", but now that owners and names have transferred to "Gallatin Ford", my Warranty is no longer accepted in any way, shape, or form. I ultimately now have to buy a truck from the new owners - "Gallatin Ford" to have a Warranty Accepted. This is simply a bad look to the FORD name, something that I actually care about.
