If I wanted to be ignored by someone I'm about to give my hard-earned money to, I'd just send it to the IRS. Since Gallatin Ford bought Miracle Ford the service has been horrendous. I would say that in the past I had some disappointing experiences with Ford (10+ years Ford driver), and was about done. Jessica and her staff make me want to stay with the Ford family! More
