I came in with my own financing, and the finance manager Mr. Jim got me a better rate and met my terms with Ford Credit. The pwertrain warranty was amazing, and so was the extended warranty. I recently had to use the platinum warranty when a tire blew on the highway. Jessica in the service center ordered this oversized tire, and had it delivered the next business day. Had a small hiccup with the warranty service and Mr. Jim jumped right in and handled the entire communication. I've bought a lot of vehicles and have never experienced this type of service.
